The Council has expressed a desire to involve student commissioners. The <br />proposed ordinance would change the code to allow students to be voting members of each of the <br />commissions except for the Planning Commission. That student would act as an ex officio <br />member and would be able to voice their opinions on the decisions of the Commission, but would <br />not be able to cast an official vote.
