Careful consideration has been given to the site and architectural design
of the project. The placement of the building was pushed further to south to provide the
flexibility needed in TUV’s business operations. This also allows for optimal distribution of
parking around the building. The main entrance from 14th Street NW has been enhanced with
larger parking setbacks, landscaping, screening and inviting architecture aesthetics. We have
also included an enhanced patio area near the main entrance as another great amenity for the
project.
The project includes a 5 foot sidewalk on 14th Street NW with sidewalks around the building,
including the patio area with a connection to the sidewalk being installed on 14th Street NW.
This will make for a nice convenient walk to the Long Lake Regional Park.
