Gundlach noted the Commission’s next meeting would be on Wednesday, March 1st. She commented
on the APi option extension. She understood APi wanted to buy the land without any development
commitment. She anticipated APi would not be ready to develop this land for five to ten years. She
explained the City was anticipating to receive a proposal from APi in the coming week and this
information would be discussed with the Council on February 7th.

Commissioner Carter encouraged the City to put weight on the proposal given the fact they were a large
employer that has already made a substantial investment in the community.

Chair Zisla was in favor of keeping the land available for APi, but wanted to see them make a decision.
The consensus of the EDC was for staff to continue working with APi. Gundlach stated she would keep
the EDC apprised of this situation.

Gundlach provided the EDC with an update on the potential TUV SUD development for Block D.

Adjourn

Chair Zisla adjourned the meeting at 8:40 am

Respectfully submitted,

Janice Gundlach
Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development/Director of Planning
