Would serve as connection to the stranded part of NB east <br />of 35W and link all the way to Tony Schmidt reg'l park (if it could be extended) (0, 0) <br />13 Utilize rail corridors to connect parks w/in and w/out NB, a city with a rich railroad history; build some fun, <br />interesting historical touchpoints to add culture to trails (history scavenger hunt) (5, 1) <br />14 It's hard to cross Old Hwy 8 from the apartments on the East side to get to Totem Pole Park. There are 4 lanes of <br />40MPH traffic and no lights or even a median. (4, 0)
