<br />-.,.~ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 96-029 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO RESTRICT PARKING ALONG A <br />PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD D. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and County have planned the improvement of County Road D (CSAH 19) <br />from I-35W to Wilder Street; and . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County will be expending County State Aid Highway funds S.A.P. 62-619-17 <br />on the improvement of said street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minimum standards as <br />previously adopted for such County State Aid streets and that approval of the proposed construction <br />as a County State Aid street project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extent ofthese restrictions, that would be a necessary prerequisite to the <br />i approval of this construction as a County State Aid project in the City, has been detennined. <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON requests <br />the County to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on the north side of County Road D from I-35W <br />to Cleveland Avenue. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of May, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />R~ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(Seal) <br /> <br />i ~ <br />
