<br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 96 - .IS <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY <br />OF NEW BRIGHTON (GENERALLY THE EAST SIDE OF OLD HIGHWAY 8 AT THE <br />CITY'S NORTHERN BORDER)' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain <br />property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />WARRANTY DEED DOCUMENT NO. 2547266 <br /> <br />LOT 7, BLOCK 1, AND LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 2, MOUNDS CENTER, RAMSEY <br />COUNTY, INCLUDING THE PORTIONS OF CENTER AVENUE ADJOINING SAID LOTS <br />BY REASON OF VACATION THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE COUNTY RECORDER IN <br />AND FOR SAID RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />WHICH LIES SOUTHWESTERLY OF A LINE RUN PARALLEL WITH AND DISTANT <br />195 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY OF LINE 1 DESCRIBED BELOW: <br /> <br />LINE 1.
