<br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 96 - 0 16 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON (GENERALLY THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF MISSISSIPPI STREET AND 27TH AVE <br />NW). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of <br />New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Lots 7 and 8, Block 2, PARK PLACE, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted <br />a platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without <br />platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria has been met. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />PROPOSED TRACT" A" <br />That part of Lots 7 and 8, Block 2, PARK PLACE, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the <br />following described line: Commencing at the northeast Corner of said Lot 8, thence southerly along the <br />easterly line of said Lot 8, a distance of 69.65 feet to the point of beginning of the line being described; <br />thence westerly at a right angle to last described line to the westerly line of Lot 7 and there terminate. <br /> <br />PROPOSED TRACT "B" <br />That part of Lots 7 and 8, PARK PLACE, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the follwoing <br />described line: Commencing at the northeast comer of said Lot 8, thence southerly along the easterly <br />line of said Lot 8, a distance of 69.65 feet to the point of beginning of the line being described; thence <br />westerly at a right angle to last described line to the westerly line of Lot 7 and there terminate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON, approved PL-224, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />. 1.
