<br />r "iption <br /> <br />A TT ACHMENT E <br />FEE REGISTER <br />INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES <br />Base <br />Fee Other <br /> <br />On Sale - Hotels and Motels <br /> <br />$200 <br />$4,000 Plus $100 for each 100 square feet or part thereof <br />of interior public area in excess of 1500 square feet <br />$5,000 Plus $100 for each 100 square feet or part thereof <br />of interior public area in excess of 2500 square feet <br />$7,000 Plus $100 for each 100 square feet or part thereof <br />of interior public area in excess of 5000 square feet, <br />provided however, that the fee for interior public <br />area in excess of 5000 square feet shall be $33.00 <br />for each 100 square feet or part thereof of such <br />interior public area which meets all of the <br />following requirements as demonstrated by the <br />applicant, based on the prior license year: <br />a) such interior public area is a room which is <br />separated from the usual bar and restaurant area <br />and is used primarily for special scheduled events <br />of organized groups. <br />b) the licensee is a non-profit corporation <br />c) a majority of events conducted in such room do <br />not include or involve the sale of intoxicating <br />liquor or wine. <br />d) on at least 25% of the days on which such <br />room is used without charge by a non-profit, <br />charitable, educational, governmental or <br />community organization other than the licensee. <br />$7,300 Plus $100 for each 100 square feet or part thereof <br />of interior public area in excess of 5000 square feet. <br />The computation of interior public area shall <br />exclude guest rooms, but room service is permitted <br />under the license. <br /> <br />On-Sale Sunday <br />On-Sale Small Establishment <br /> <br />On Sale Medium Restaurant <br /> <br />On Sale - Large Restaurant <br /> <br />Investigative Fees.
