Call to Order <br />Chairperson Zisla called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Members Present: Chair Paul Zisla, Commissioners Bob Benke, Monica Garcia -Perez (arrived at <br />7:49 a.m.), Clint Kuipers, Rachel Luong, Mike Murlowski, Rachel Nelson (arrived at 7:40 a.m.) <br />and Harry Carter <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Kevin Peck <br />Also Present: Janice Gundlach- Assistant Director of Community Assets & <br />Development/Planning Director and Councilmember Graeme Allen <br />III. Welcome New Commissioner's Kuipers and Luang <br />Gundlach welcomed newly appointed EDC Commissioners Cling Kuipers and Rachel Luong to <br />the Commission. <br />IV. Approval of Agenda <br />Motion by Commissioner Benke, seconded by Commissioner Murlowski to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />Approved 6-0 <br />V. Approval of Minutes <br />Motion by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Benke to approve the minutes from <br />the March 7, 2018 meeting. <br />Approved 6-0 <br />VI. Report from Council Liaison <br />Councilmember Allen explained the Council has been busy interviewing new Commissioners <br />and welcomed Rachel Luong and Clint Kuipers to the EDC.
