• Staff encouraged the Commission members to maintain a professional working <br />relationship. Staff discouraged Commission members from writing editorials that speak <br />out against the City Council. <br />VIII. Korean Church Redevelopment Concent Proposals -- Continued <br />A. Ranking Results <br />Schlichting reviewed the ranking results for the Korean Church redevelopment project with the <br />Commission. He noted affordable housing and senior living owner occupied units were to two <br />highest ranked options for this project. He explained high density was the lowest supported <br />option. <br />Gundlach commented staff would be further evaluating the information gathered from the <br />ranking form and would be reporting back to the EDC at a special meeting later in May. <br />B. Schedule Special Meeting for May 23rd or May 30' <br />Gundlach requested the EDC schedule a Special Meeting for May 23rd or May 30th. Staff noted <br />the most favored date for this Special Meeting was Wednesday, May 23rd. The goals for this <br />meeting were discussed with the Commission. It was noted a single proposal would not be <br />approved at this meeting. <br />IX.
