Call to Order <br />Chairperson Zisla called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Members Present: Chair Paul Zisla, Commissioners Bob Benke, Clint Kuipers, Kevin Peck, <br />Mike Murlowski, Monica Garcia -Perez (arrived at 7:38 a.m.), Rachel Nelson (arrived at 7:40 <br />a.m.), and Harry Carter <br />Members Absent: Commissioners Rachel Luong <br />Also Present: Janice Gundlach- Assistant Director of Community Assets & <br />Development/Planning Director, Jason Aarsvold-Ehlers & Associates, Craig Schlichting- <br />Director Community Assets & Development and Councilmember Graeme Allen <br />IILApproval of Agenda <br />Motion by Commissioner Peck, seconded by Commissioner Carter to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />Approved 5-0 <br />IV.Approval of Minutes <br />Motion by Commissioner Benke, seconded by Commissioner Carter to approve the minutes from <br />the May 2, 2018 meeting. <br />Approved 5-0 <br />V. Report from Council Liaison <br />Councilmember Allen stated the United Theological Seminary was moving to St. Paul and would <br />be selling their property to a charter school called Global Academy. He noted the City just <br />wrapped up its 2017 audit and was pleased to report the City received a clean report. He noted <br />the City was holding multi jurisdictional training at the Korean Church property this week. <br />
