Planning Director Janice Gundlach reported the applicant is requesting an amendment <br />to his previously approved Site Plan, allowing for the dimensions of the approved <br />addition to be revised from 10' x 25' (250 SF) to 12' x 22' (264 SF). This revision is <br />meant to allow the applicant to leave the existing electrical meter is its current <br />location, saving on costs to relocate, and to ensure adequate space to accommodate <br />the machine that would be housed in the addition. The applicant was granted a <br />Special Use Permit and Site Plan by the City Council on November 28, 2017. The <br />approval conditions are outlined in Resolution 2017-071. Because the request does <br />not impact the special use, no public hearing or notification to the neighbors is <br />required. Lastly, none of the approved conditions are impacted by this requested <br />revision. Staff recommends approval of the request as submitted. <br />Motion by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Fynewever, to approve <br />staff recommendation. Motion carried 6-0. <br />VIII.
