He noted Mr. Gozola would be presenting this item to the <br />Council. <br />Mr. Gozola explained the applicants, Jacob Droessler (627 11th Ave NW) and William & Joyce <br />Nellis (651 11th Ave NW), are seeking to shift the shared lot line between their properties to a <br />new location and make both parcels relatively equal in size. The existing and proposed <br />conditions were reviewed. The transfer of 5,087 square feet of land between the properties as <br />proposed will not result in any nonconformities given the current improvements on each lot, <br />and this request does qualify as a minor subdivision under Section 26-18 of the City's <br />subdivision codes. Per the ordinance, the City Council is required to hold a public hearing prior <br />to taking action on this request. Proper notice was published and mailed notice sent to all <br />property owners within 350’.
