09/12/18 Contact Election Judges to establish 2 AB Board Teams of three people per team (One GOP; One DFL and One computer savvy person who can pass a public records check and be trained on SVRS with minimal supervision) and a small list of trained back-ups (2 GOP; 2 DFL; 2 Computer savvy people). Freya Hanson and Nancy Murzyn have both done this before and can help guide the process. Sandra/Temps./Devin Need to contact back-ups still re: general election 09/15/18 Send email to phone staff re: AB Voting at the NBCC etc Devin 09/15/18 Contact Health Car eFacilities and schedule times to bring AB onsite between 10/17 and 11/5. Earlier is better because it gets super busy close to election day. Work with the facilities to get AB Apps ahead of time and let them know others who show up to vote will need DL #s and / or SS 3's if they need to re-register. Have them delivered to Room 211 of the NBCC Sandra/Devin Terri will have contacted them before her absence 09/15/18 Contact David Triplett from Ramsey County re Machine set-up and Preliminary Testing Sandra/Devin 09/15/18 Set Public Accuracy Test Date (to be held after 10/23…)Sandra/Nancy If unable to accomplish, just contact Ramsey County 09/15/18 Set up Head Judge meeting to take about what went well in the primary, what needs to go better, what they need to watch and other last minute directions. Send an email to Head Judge teams notifying them of the date or dates. Devin/Sandra Ensure Elections Team is present and attend Ramsey County training before setting this meeting up 09/19/18 Check with the County re Availability of the Master List for AB Voting. Save the Original. Redact unneeded couumns, use Conditional Formatting to color code precincts (1-Green; 2-light blue; 3-Orange; 4 - Red; 5-light green; 6-light yellow; 7-purple; 8 -light gray). Add a HEader listing the City, the date, when this list should be used, that it is private data. Add page numbers in the footer. Print 2 copies for AB voting and bring the the NBCC.
