agreement is renewed, the City shall provide District 621 with documentation of <br />the police resource officer’s annual salary and fringe benefits, as well as relevant <br />program costs. <br /> <br />B. Scope of Services - District 621 <br /> <br />1. District 621 will provide an office for each police school resource officer, to be <br />furnished with a desk, chair telephone and general office supplies as needed. <br /> <br />2. District 621 will reimburse the City for 100% of the police middle school resource <br />officer’s personnel and program costs. Program costs will include the annual <br />vehicle expense for providing a police emergency response vehicle. <br /> <br />3. District 621 shall reimburse the City for their share of the police middle school <br />resource officer’s personnel and program costs in May of 2019. <br /> <br />4. District 621 will reimburse the City for 100% of the police high school resource <br />officer’s personnel and program costs. Program costs will include the annual <br />vehicle expense for providing a police emergency response vehicle. <br /> <br />5. District 621 shall reimburse the City for their share of the police high school <br />resource officer’s personnel and program costs in May of 2019. <br /> <br />6. District 621 will reimburse the City for 100% of the Bel Air Elementary, <br />Sunnyside Elementary, Pike Lake Education Center, and Early Childhood <br />Education Center school resource officer’s personnel and program costs. <br />Program costs will include the annual vehicle expense for providing a police <br />emergency response vehicle. <br /> <br />7. District 621 shall reimburse the City for their share of the Bel Air Elementary, <br />Sunnyside Elementary, Pike Lake Education Center, and Early Childhood <br />Education Center school resource officer’s personnel and program costs in May of <br />2019. <br /> <br />8. District 621 will reimburse the city for overtime personnel costs generated by the <br />police middle school resource officer, police high school resource officer or <br />elementary school resource officer that is for the benefit of and authorized by <br />Highview Middle School, Irondale High School, Bel Air Elementary, Sunnyside <br />Elementary, Pike Lake Education Center, or Early Childhood Education Center. <br />This amount will be paid upon receipt of a written request for payment from the <br />City. <br /> <br />9. The reimbursement for personnel and program costs will be calculated based upon <br />nine months. <br />
