There were 35 paid exhibitors resulting <br />in revenue of $1,870. These exhibitors rely on foot traffic to determine if they want to register <br />and pay the exhibitor fee. The goal of utilizing the temporary signs is to increase the visibility of <br />the event and therefore, increase the number of attendees community wide. <br /> <br />Explanation: <br />ThrivExpo is an exhibitor event taking place at the New Brighton Community Center on <br />Thursday, September 20 from 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm to provide adults 55+ access to local health <br />opportunities and senior services. The event will include senior service vendors, wellness <br />vendors, light refreshments and prize giveaways. The event is being marketed through the use of <br />direct mailings, CTV15, social media, the city website and city publications. <br /> <br />Temporary signage will be placed along the main traffic areas to further promote ThrivExpo <br />from September 4-September 20. The sign ordinance in the Zoning Code Policy 9-040, (2)F <br />allows for temporary signs for civic celebrations and events.
