<br />Councilmember Jacobsen stated he supported the hybrid approach. The Council was in agreement. <br /> <br />Mayor Johnson stated the Council would have to be open to hearing from and engaging the public once this <br />concept moved further along. She explained this building had a lot of history in the community and people in <br />the City had ties to the building.
