The following is a brief list of resources and programs for housing <br />finance assistance that the City should consider when developing any of the above <br />mentioned housing programs: <br /> »Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) <br /> »Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) <br /> »HOME <br /> »Minnesota Housing Finance Agency <br /> »Public/private partnerships with local lenders, business leaders, and non-profit <br />groups <br /> »Livable Communities Act/Metropolitan Council <br /> »Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) <br /> »Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br /> »Tax Increment Financing (TIF)(Housing Districts)
