<br />• Commissioners commented on the importance of the City having life-cycle housing and <br />the rising cost of housing in the community. It was noted the City’s single-family <br />housing stock was very strong. <br />• Housing assistance programs already in place were briefly described by staff at <br />Commissioner’s request. <br />• The Chair Zisla requested an update on the Korean Church property. Staff commented <br />on the meetings that have been held with developers. She noted additional information <br />would be coming before the EDC in May. She explained the EDC would be asked to <br />review proposals submitted by developers and take into consideration the goals of the <br />City Council for this property. She noted the actual process to do this has yet to be <br />determined. <br /> <br />IX.
