Small group <br />prayer and bible study would occur on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 <br />p.m., and Sunday worship service would occur between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. <br />Current membership of the ministry is approximately 50. <br /> <br />History: None (initial request) <br /> <br />Request(s): Special Use Permit to authorize a Church within the 3600 square foot lower <br />level of the existing office building at 2722 Highway 694 Service Drive. <br /> <br />General Findings <br />Site Data: Existing Lot Size ≈ 0.87 acres (37,897 sq ft) <br /> Existing Use – Multi-tenant office building <br /> Existing Zoning – B-1 <br /> Property Identification Number (PID): 19-30-23-34-0010 <br /> <br />Comp Plan <br />Guidance: <br /> The comprehensive plan guides this property for Community Business (CB).
