" ii ,- .. RESOLUTION No. 9 5 - 092 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING THE V ACA TION OF A PORTION OF TIIE 1-694 SERVICE PRIVE. WHEREAS, the procedural history ofthe application is as follows: 1. The Innsbruck Healthcare Center represents 100 percent of the property owners involved to vacate the described alley and right-of-ways. 2. That the City Council, pursuant to published notices, held a public hearing on the vacation, and all persons present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to the proposed vacation: \. The street row to be vacated no longer serves a public purpose. 2. There are public utilities located in the subject right-of-way. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Council hereby vacates a portion ofthe 1-694 Service Drive right-of- way legally described as follows: That part of Interstate Highway No. 694 right-of-way located in the West Half of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the northwest comer of said West Half of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19; thence South 1 degree 12 minutes 42 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the west line of said West Half of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 1030.80 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 30 degrees 53 minutes 17 seconds East 47.50 feet; thence South 59 degrees 18 minutes 11 seconds East 60.00 feet; thence South 74 degrees 36 minutes 37 seconds East 60.00 feet to the north right-of-way line of said Interstate Highway No. 694; thence northwesterly and westerly along said north right-of-way line to the point of beginning and there tenninating.
