<br />" <br />'1 <br /> <br />.! <br /> <br />!, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-067 <br /> <br />I · <br />I <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS, AND SETTING DATE FOR ASSESSMENT HEARING ON <br />PROJECTS TO BE SPECIAL ASSESSED IN 1995. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following public improvement projects were ordered by the City Council of the I <br />City of New Brighton at Public Improvement Hearings, noticed, and held as required by law. I <br /> <br />Project 94-3 <br />Project 94-4 <br /> <br />Street Reconstruction (Bel-Air Area) <br />7th Street NW and 23rd A venue NW Street Reconstruction <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvement projects are now completed so that the costs thereof can be <br />special assessed. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br /> 3. <br /> 4. <br />.;;' <br />" 5. <br /> <br />1.
