He stated he would be meeting with Carrie Collins, who was new with Ramsey <br />County and noted he would be discussing Open To Business with Ms. Collins. He reviewed the <br />agenda for this meeting. <br />Discussion included: <br /> The Commission believed the County would benefit by speaking with City representatives to <br />discuss economic development opportunities in the region. <br />VII.
