Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Nichols-Matkaiti. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Members Present.........................Chairperson Erin Nichols-Matkaiti and Commissioners Todd <br />Biedenfeld, Jeanne Frischman, Kelly Frush, Nasreen <br />Fynewever, Tim McQuillan, and Melissa Murphy <br />Members Absent ..........................None <br />Also Present .................................Ben Gozola (Assistant Director of Community Assets and <br />Development) and Councilmember Mary Burg <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br />Motion by Commissioner Frischman, seconded by Commissioner McQuillan, to approve the January <br />15, 2019 agenda as presented. <br />Approved 7-0. <br />IV. Approval of Minutes <br />Minutes from December 18, 2018 <br />Motion by Commissioner McQuillan, seconded by Commissioner Biedenfeld, to approve the <br />December 18, 2018 meeting minutes as presented. <br />Approved 7-0. <br />V. Report from City Council Liaison <br />Councilmember Burg wished everyone a Happy New Year and thanked the Commissioners for their <br />service to the community. She explained the City Council Chambers has had some upgrades and <br />discussed the new camera system that was in place. She wished Jo Olson a happy retirement and <br />thanked her for her 41 years of service to the City of New Brighton in the Parks and Recreation
