Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Nichols-Matkaiti. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Members Present.........................Chairperson Erin Nichols-Matkaiti and Commissioners Todd <br />Biedenfeld, Jeanne Frischman, Kelly Frush, Tim McQuillan, and <br />Melissa Murphy <br />Members Absent ..........................none <br />Also Present .................................Ben Gozola (Assistant Director of Community Assets and <br />Development) and Councilmember Paul Jacobsen <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br />Motion by Commissioner Frischman, seconded by Commissioner McQuillan, to approve the February <br />19, 2019 agenda as presented. <br />Approved 6-0. <br />IV. Approval of Minutes <br />Minutes from January 15, 2019 <br />Motion by Commissioner Frush, seconded by Commissioner Murphy, to approve the January 15, <br />2019 meeting minutes as presented. <br />Approved 6-0. <br />V. Report from City Council Liaison <br />Councilmember Jacobsen thanked the Commissioners for their service to the community. He <br />commented on the report the Council received from the Inclusive Community Task Force. He stated <br />PREC would be working on a Comprehensive Park Plan and would be holding two neighborhood <br />meetings.
