<br />Ii <br />,~ <br /> <br />>} <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 95{) 25 <br /> <br />~ \ <br />" <br />~ ~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />~ i <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF MSA FUNDS ON THE SILVER LAKE ROAD <br />TRAFFIC SIGNALS PROJECT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of New Brighton to <br />participate in the cost of a traffic signal project located at Silver Lake Road and Palmer Drive within <br />the limits ofthe City of New Brighton, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the said construction project has been approved by the Commissioner of <br />Transportation and identified in his records as S.P. No. 62-644-18 and 62-644-20. <br /> <br />I' <br />,i <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we do hereby appropriate from our Municipal <br />State Aid Street Funds the sum of $2,000.00 to apply toward the construction of said project and <br />request the Commissioner oftransportation to approve this authorization. <br /> <br />.
