<br />-! <br /> <br />:. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9S-012 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATIONS IN 1995 FROM THE RESIDUAL <br /> <br />Whereas, the residual from 1994 operations is expected to be $325,000 after <br />monies are committed for certain 1995 activities; <br /> <br />Whereas, this residual is the result of both expenditures being below budget and <br />revenues being in excess of the budget; <br /> <br />Whereas, this residual can be used as an important source of finance for certain <br />activities that will be undertaken in 1995; <br /> <br />Whereas, the total need for these activities is $122,900; <br /> <br />Whereas, Attachment A contains a listing of these activities; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. The 1995 Budget shall be amended to provide for the items shown in <br />Attachment A. <br /> <br />2. These items shall be funded by the General reserves. <br /> <br />3. Any loss of LGA shall be financed by a further withdrawal from the reserves. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of February, 1995. <br /> <br />~LL <br /> <br />Robert J.
