<br />~ <br /> <br />, <br />~:.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-145 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALARY ADJUSTMENT FOR CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager was hired on November 11, 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the employment contract for the City Manager provides for a salary <br />adjustment after six months of employment and annually in conjunction with <br />compensation considerations for other employees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the City Manager's performance has <br />been satisfactory. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED to hereby make adjustments to the salary of <br />Matthew Fulton as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City shall contribute $2,000 into the City Manager's deferred <br />compensation account representing a 3% adjustment on the Manager's <br />compensation but does not impact his base 1994 salary of $67,000. <br /> <br />2. Effective January 1, 1995, City Manager's base salary shall be adjusted for <br />cost of living plus 3% to $70,390. <br /> <br />3. Effective July 1, 1995, City Manager's base salary shall be adjusted to <br />$70,742. <br /> <br />4. The City shall also match the Manager's personal contribution into his <br />deferred compensation account up to 50% of the maximum allowable <br />deferred compensation. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council this 20th day of December , 1994. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Robert J.
