Olson, Deputy Director of Public Safety <br />CITY MANAGER’S APPROVAL: <br />No comments to supplement this report ___ Comments attached ___ <br /> <br />Recommendation: To grant a temporary on-sale liquor license to the New Brighton Eagles #3718 <br />for August 4, 2019; and waive the license fee. <br /> <br />Legislative History: City Code Chapter 4 regulates temporary on-sale liquor licenses. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: New Brighton Eagles #3718 is requesting that the license fee be waived. <br /> <br />Explanation: The New Brighton Eagles #3718 has applied for a temporary on-sale liquor <br />license for Sunday, August 4, in conjunction with the New Brighton Stockyard Days Sprints, to allow <br />for beer sales in front of 1451 1st Ave NW, New Brighton.
