July 9, 2019 Page 2 of 6 <br />Commission Minutes <br />None. <br />Special Order of Business <br />1.Ambassador Portrait Presentation <br />The New Brighton Ambassadors introduced themselves to the City Council and presented the <br />Council with the 2019 Ambassador Portrait. <br />Mayor Johnson thanked the New Brighton Ambassadors for representing this community well. <br />Councilmember Burg stated she appreciated the great work that was conducted by the New Brighton <br />Ambassadors. She asked how many parades the Ambassadors would be participating in this <br />summer. The Ambassadors estimated they would take part in 40 to 50 parades this year. <br />Councilmember Allen thanked the Ambassadors for sharing their time and talents with the <br />community.
