From:Emily
To:Terri Spangrud
Subject:Re: Legal Publication Bid
Date:Tuesday, October 1, 2019 9:04:39 AM
Hi Terri - thanks for the email:

The Saint Paul Pioneer Press is a Daily Newspaper located in Saint Paul, MN,
primarily serving Ramsey, Dakota, Washington, and Anoka counties and Western
Wisconsin.

Our Legal Publication rates for all notices are as follows:

$6.00 per column inch for a one-time publication
$5.50 per column inch for each additional publication

*All notices will be published full run: 185,580 circulation. All notices will also be
online at TwinCities.com for 7 days.

Deadline to submit a notice is 12pm the day prior to the day you’d like your notice to
run. Friday at 12pm is the deadline to submit a notice running on Saturday, Sunday,
or Monday.
All legal notices should be emailed to Emily Kunz ekunz@pioneerpress.com AND
legals@pioneerpress.com. (If you have tables/graphs/underlined words/words
crossed out in your notice, please submit 24 hours prior to the above deadlines so we
can assure the display ad layout gets designed in time to make pagination. Display ad
notices will have a higher rate because they will be wider than one column across.
The proof emailed to you prior to publication will show the exact rate of the notice.) I
can send you examples if you want.

This newspaper is qualified by the State of Minnesota as a legal newspaper under
Minnesota Statutes Section 331A.02 subd. 1.
