Legislative History: None Explanation: Public Works Superintendent Eric Volk served as the Minnesota Section of the American Water Works Association Section Chair for the past year. In 2016, Eric was elected by the members of the section to serve a three‐year term: chair‐elect, chair, and past‐chair. From September 2018 to September 2019, Eric represented the section as Section Chair on a local level. Eric has also served in the capacity as the Technical and Education Council Chair, Professional Operator Development Committee Member, and Small Systems Committee Member. In September 2019, Eric transitioned from chair to past‐chair, and was also elected as the Section Director. As Section Director, he will represent the Minnesota Section on the American Water Works Association Board of Directors.
