<br />November 25, 2003: The Development Program, including its existing Tax Increment Financing <br />Plans, were restated and amended to reflect increased project costs, increased bonded <br />indebtedness, the creation of Tax Increment Financing District No. 30 and the adoption of a Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan. <br /> <br />December 14, 2004: The Development Program, including its existing Tax Increment Financing <br />Plans, were amended to reflect the decertification of Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 4 <br />and 13 and a portion of Tax Increment Financing District No. 29, increased project costs, <br />increased bonded indebtedness, the creation of Tax Increment Financing District No. 31(NWQ <br />Special Law) and the adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan. <br /> <br />December 13, 2005: The Development Program, including its existing Tax Increment Financing <br />Plans, were amended to reflect increased project costs and increased bonded indebtedness, <br />the increase of geographic area within Tax Increment Financing District No. 31(NWQ Special <br />Law), the creation of Hazardous Substance Subdistrict No. 31A, the creation of T ax Increment <br />Financing District No. 32(NWQ Special Law), the creation of Hazardous Substance Subdistrict <br />No. 32A and the adoption of a three Tax Increment Financing Plans. <br /> <br />April 23, 2019: The Development Program, including its existing Tax Increment Financing <br />Plans, were modified by the City Council to expand the boundaries of Development District <br />No. 1 to be coterminous with the corporate boundaries of the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
