<br />(AS MODIFIED APRIL 23, 2019) <br /> <br />Section 2 Modification of Tax Increment Financing Plans for Certain Tax <br />Increment Districts <br /> <br />Subsection 2.1. Introduction <br /> <br />The purpose of this modification is to provide for the expansion of the boundaries of the <br />existing Project Area of each of the Tax Increment Financing Districts listed in Subsection <br />2.2 to the boundaries of Development District No. 1, which are coterminous with the <br />corporate boundaries of the City. <br /> <br />Subsection 2.2. Modification <br /> <br />The City is hereby modifying the following Tax Increment Financing Plans for the following <br />Tax Increment Financing Districts to reflect the expansion of the existing Project Area <br />boundaries of Development District No. 1 to be coterminous with the corporate boundaries <br />of the City: <br /> <br />TIF 20 – Lakeview Business Park North <br />TIF 23 – Thorndale Plaza <br />TIF 25 – Lakeview South <br />TIF 26 – Brighton Corporate Park III <br />TIF 27 – Ken’s Market <br />TIF 29 – BCPII South (Soo Line) <br />TIF 30 – Brighton Village – Beisswenger <br />TIF 31 – Northwest Quadrant <br />TIF 32 – Northwest Quadrant <br />TIF 33 – Marv’s Transmission Office Condo Development <br /> <br />The following sentence and the attached Exhibit A are hereby incorporated by reference <br />into the Tax Increment Financing Plan for each of the above Tax Increment Financing <br />Districts as if fully set forth therein: <br /> <br />The boundaries of Development District no. 1 are being expanded to be coterminous with <br />the corporate boundaries of the City as set forth in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />
