Proposed Development <br />Figure 3 below shows the concept development plan for this area from the 2014 TIS. <br />At the time of the traffic counts from the 2014 TIS, sections C and G -1 were built and <br />occupied. Currently, sections A, C, D, G-1, G-2, H and I are built and occupied. That <br />leaves sections B, E, F and G-3 remaining to be developed. <br /> <br />Figure 3 – Concept Development Plan <br /> <br />Per the 2014 TIS, the remaining undeveloped sections are proposed to be as follows: <br />• Section B: 96,000 square feet of office <br />• Section E: 36,000 square feet of office <br />• Section F: 130,000 square feet of office and 15,000 square feet of retail <br />• Section G-3: 35,000 square feet of office <br /> <br />As in the 2014 TIS, the future analysis year will be 2033. It is as sumed all parcels will <br />be fully developed by then.
