The Corridor <br />Revitalization dollars would be used to complete small area plans for three of those mixed- <br />use nodes along Silver Lake Road. The planning process will guide and enable the desired <br />growth to occur by educating the public on approved changes, seeking feedback on desired <br />design elements, directing future zoning changes, and ensuring our under-represented <br />populations (people of color, disabled, those at a low Socioeconomic Level, etc) have a voice <br />in what is ultimately built. <br />Does your project include any of the following? <br /> Multi-jurisdictional corridors. <br /> Low-income census tracts. <br /> Located along existing or planned transit routes or <br />transitways. <br />Funding Overview <br />Funds Requested: $30,000 <br />Other Sources of Funding: Community Development Fund / Dedicated Staff Time <br />Sources Funds Committed? <br />Professional Services Budget (DCAD) Up to $10K for contingency costs Yes
