Call to Order <br />Chairperson Zisla called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Members Present...................Chair Paul Zisla, Commissioners Bob Benke, Harry Carter, <br />Bret Fynewever, Clint Kuipers, Mike Murlowski, Max <br />Nundahl, and Anthony Pledger. <br />Members Absent ....................Commissioner Rachel Nelson <br />Also Present ...........................Ben Gozola (Assistant Director of Community Assets & <br />Development), Craig Schlichting (Director of Community <br />Assets & Development), and Councilmember Graeme Allen <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br />Motion by Commissioner Benke, seconded by Commissioner Nundahl to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />Approved 8-0 <br />IV. Approval of Minutes <br />Motion by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Murlowski to approve the minutes <br />from the August 7, 2019 meeting. <br />Approved 8-0 <br />V. Report from Council Liaison <br />Gozola provided the EDC with an update from the City Council. He stated the former New <br />Brighton Elementary School has been successfully demolished. He reported the Council <br />authorized staff to pursue a water efficiency grant. He explained TIF Districts 23 and 30 were <br />decertified in early September. He indicated the Council approved the 2020 budget and
