The City is in contact with people everyday
who are looking to sell property, rent space, or relocate their family to the City, and we may be in a
position to help you make a connection that could otherwise be missed. We’d love to have the
opportunity to participate in your success, and will happily forward prospects your way – just let us
know your needs so we can work on your behalf.

Want to know what’s happening in the City? Our quarterly newsletter is a great way to keep tabs
on bigger issues, and our website (www.newbrightonmn.gov) includes both a “support for
residents” section as well as a “tools for business” page which both include detailed information on
current happenings in the City. Importantly, we’d like to hear from you on what information we
could provide that would be worthwhile to you, and also learn about things we do that aren’t of
help. Our goal is to improve, and we can only do so with your assistance.

This letter is just a heads up that City staff and our Economic Development Commi ssion members
will be reaching out by phone, email, or in-person to as many businesses as possible in the coming
months because your presence in the City is important and valued. Should you not wish to be
contacted further, just let us know and we’ll take you off our communications list. If you’re willing
to share your opinions, we greatly look forward to making a connection and ensuring you have a
personal contact at the City anytime issues or questions arise!

Wishing you great success in 2020,

Ben Gozola, AICP
Assistant Director of Community Assets & Development
651-638-2059
ben.gozola@newbrightonmn.gov
