<br /> <br />Director Fink thanked Chair Fields for his service on PREC. She explained seasonal hiring <br />was now taking place. She commented on the Parks Strategic Plan and stated she was <br />extremely excited the City was going through this process. She invited the Commissioners <br />to attend the Volunteer Recognition Social on Sunday, April 28 th. <br /> <br /> <br />VII.
