NEW <br />BRIGHTON <br />building tomorrow today <br />Council Worksession <br />October 13, 2020 <br />5:00 pm <br />Present: Mayor Valerie Johnson <br />Councilmember Graeme Allen <br />Councilmember Emily Dunsworth <br />Councilmember Paul Jacobsen <br />Councilmember Nasreen Fynewever <br />Staff in Attendance: Devin Massopust <br />Guests in Attendance: Sarah Sonsalla, City Attorney <br />Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this meeting was held virtually. <br />Closed Performance Review Discussion <br />The Mayor opened the meeting at 5:00 PM and closed it pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05, <br />subdivision 3 (a) to conduct a performance review of the City Manager, an individual who is subject to the <br />City Council's authority.
