X. "Preliminary Approval Date" means the date the Preliminary Approval <br />Order has been entered by the Court. <br />Y. "Preliminary Approval Order" means the order defined in Section V and <br />entered by the Court preliminarily approving the Settlement. <br />Z. "Property" means the Pike Lake Apartments, constituting two apartment <br />buildings located in New Brighton, Minnesota at 1476 20th Avenue NW ("1476 Building") and <br />2050 l 4th Street NW ("2050 Building") <br />AA. "Q.T. Defendants" mean Defendants Q.T. Property Management, LLC; <br />Quality Trusted Commercial Construction and Roofing, Inc.; Pike Lake, Q, LLC; Pike Lake Z, <br />LLC; QT Commercial, Inc.; Q.T. Commercial, LLC; Q.T. Holdings, LLC; and Jason Quilling. <br />BB. "Q.T. Defendants Counsel" means [Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani on <br />behalf of Q.T. Property Management, LLC; Q.T. Holdings, LLC; and Jason Quilling]. <br />CC. "Released Claims" means the legal claims released under Section IV of this <br />Agreement. The following claims are Released Claims: <br />All of the Plaintiffs', Class Representatives', and Class Members' <br />claims against Defendants and each of their owners, members, shareholders, officers, <br />employees, predecessors, and assigns of any and every kind or nature, known or <br />unknown, absolute or contingent, whether in law, equity, or otherwise from the <br />beginning of time through the Preliminary Approval Date that (1) were asserted in the <br />Tenant Class Action and/or (2) could have been brought in the Tenant Class Action. <br />2. All of Defendants' claims against Plaintiffs, Class Representatives, and <br />Class Members and, with respect to Plaintiff HOME Line, each of its owners, <br />members, shareholders, officers, employees, predecessors, and assigns of any and <br />every kind or nature, known or unknown, absolute or contingent, whether in law, <br />7 <br />
