' <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />~,,~ <br /> <br />ReSOLUTION NO. 94-130 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />Resolution requesting Ramsey County to ban parking on the south side of 10th Street NW, <br />within 100 feet in both directions of the Golden pond elderly housing complex. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been contacted by residents of the Golden <br />Pond Elderly Housing Complex located at 333 - 10th Street NW, about safely exiting their <br />driveway when vehicles are parked near the driveway, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, vehicles entering onto 10th Street NW from the Golden Pond complex do <br />not have adequate safe sight when vehicles are parked near the driveway, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 10th Street NW is a Ramsey County road and under the jurisdiction of <br />Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of New Brighton request <br />the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners to ban parking on the south side of 10th <br />Street NW within 100 feet in both directions of the Golden Pond Elderly Housing Complex <br />driveway. <br /> <br />Adopted this 7th day of November, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />R~~ <br />:t~Fu!:n, ~ger <br /> <br />Margaret~(U'J <br />Finance Director/City Clerk <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
