Assessment of Need 28CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON PARK AND TRAIL SYSTEM MASTER PLAN - DRAFT <br />Existing Facilities <br />City of New Brighton <br />The City of New Brighton maintains their facilities to a medium to high level but site conditions <br />with poor soils and drainage issues can result in more ongoing maintenance needs to keep <br />them functioning well.
