Interior renovations include improvements to hallways and intersections, <br />conversion of the existing pool into a new fitness room, a renovated lobby area, and <br />creation of a new multi-purpose room out of the existing auditorium. The exterior of <br />the building will be improved with brick and precast panels matching the existing <br />building along with new metal panels and accent lighting, and additional parking will <br />be added in a new lot to the NE of the school. <br /> <br />History:  Neighborhood Meeting held on 12/4/18 <br /> Complete application received on 12/14/18 <br /> Planning Commission review & public hearing scheduled for 1/15/19 <br /> <br />Request(s):  Special Use Permit amendment to authorize site plan changes for Irondale <br />High School located at 2425 Long Lake Road. This SUP review will serve as the <br />City’s site plan review for the proposed improvements. <br /> Variance for building height in an R-1 zoning district <br /> Variance for overall number of parking spaces <br /> Variance for parking setbacks. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
