In addition to the 66 Transitional Care and Skilled <br />Nursing Apartments currently on-site, the expansion at 1101 Black Oak Drive <br />would include 56 new independent living units, 40 new assisted living units, 24 <br />assisted living memory care units, and 8 additional skilled nursing units. The project will include remodeling of the existing building, <br />demolition of an older portion of the current facility, and construction of a <br />new wing on the central and southern portions of the property to <br />accommodate 56 new independent living units, 40 additional assisted living <br />units, 24 additional living memory care units and 8 skilled nursing apartments <br />to complement the current facility.
