The Applicants shall install a new outlet pipe for Rush Lake as agreed upon with the City <br />Engineer, and shall provide easements in favor of the City over the location of the new line. <br />5. All other changes and actions requested in the City Engineer review memo dated 7/12/19 <br />shall also be implemented prior to any permits being issued or the site of the rubble pile <br />being changed. <br />6. Improvements and requirements listed in Addendum #6 to the Sound Mitigation Plan shall be <br />fully implemented prior to the rubble pile changing location. <br />7.
