The location and type of this proposed use is essential for the
growth of Big Blue Box. There are 4 items that we are proposing:
1. The existing property to be left as is being that it works for this type of use and does not
require any remodeling or improvements.
2. Storage of containers on chassis trailers and stacking 3 containers tall. Each container is 8' -6"
tall, this would bring them to approximately 25' -6" tall. These containers are designed to be
stack and will not cause any harm to the property or personal. Being that they will be stored in
an industrial zone and the neighboring property is owned by Big Blue Box that currently store
these units 3 high without affecting neighboring properties. This is an ideal location for this
use. These containers will be stored in all open areas of the site.
3. Light repair and maintenance of their equipment, trucks, trailers and containers. The repairs
will take place in the existing enclosed building existing work bays. The existing covered
parking area will be for truck parking at night.
4. In the future some of the containers would be used as storage for the public and businesses.
