The use was apparently never built. <br /> Complete application received on 8/16/19 <br /> Planning Commission public hearing scheduled for 9/17/19; Council review <br />anticipated on 9/24/19 <br /> <br />Request(s):  SUP review for exterior storage at 3595 New Brighton Road <br /> <br /> <br />General Findings <br />Site Data:  Existing Lot Size ≈ 1.5 acres in New Brighton, and ≈ 0.2 acres in Arden Hills <br /> Existing/Previous Approved Uses – vacant land / previously approved warehouse <br />use in 2008 was never constructed <br /> Existing Zoning – I-1 <br /> Property Identification Numbers (PID): 33-30-23-22-0074 in New Brighton, and <br />28-30-23-33-0030 in Arden Hills
