Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Nichols-Matkaiti. <br /> <br />II. Roll Call <br />Members Present......................Chairperson Erin Nichols-Matkaiti and Commissioners Youssef <br />Enanaa, Jeanne Frischman, Tim McQuillan, and Jeremy <br />Melquist <br />Members Absent .......................Commissioners Todd Biedenfeld and Kelly Frush (resigned) <br />Also Present ..............................Ben Gozola (Assistant Director of Community Assets and <br />Development) and Councilmember Paul Jacobsen <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner McQuillan, seconded by Commissioner Enanaa, to approve the October <br />15, 2019 agenda as presented. <br />Approved 5-0. <br /> <br />IV. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Minutes from September 17, 2019 <br />Motion by Commissioner Melquist, seconded by Commissioner McQuillan, to approve the <br />September 17, 2019 meeting minutes as presented. <br />Approved 5-0. <br /> <br />V. Report from City Council Liaison <br />Councilmember Jacobsen provided the Commission with an update from the City Council. He <br />thanked the Commissioners for their service to the community. He reported the Council approved <br />the Special Use Permit for Zahl Petroleum and the relocation of the City’s salt shed. He commented <br />staff was authorized to assist a developer in pursuing cleanup grants for the old Micom site. He <br />explained the City recently rededicated Hansen Park and a grand opening ceremony for the water
