City discussed demo/abatement of buildings, indicate areas not completed by dominium to <br />be by others. Noting trees, fencing, bituminous, and other items will remain the <br />responsibility of Dominium’s contractor. <br />Response: Note updated to “DEMO WITHIN ADJACENT DEVELOPMENT TO BE <br />COORDINATED WITH CITY & PULTE”. <br /> <br />4. Show 6th Avenue NW and utilities within street corridor. Coordination may be required <br />with residents along 6th Avenue NW during watermain work. More detail is required <br />where watermain is being removed and where existing watermain terminates. <br />Response: Watermain to be removed to property line and plugged. <br /> <br />Sheet C2-1 <br /> <br />1. B618 curb and gutter on 8th Avenue Extension. <br />Response: B618 Curb and gutter specified along 8th Ave. NW. <br /> <br />2. 8th Ave extension to be adjusted based on Kimley Horn draft plan for future signal. <br />Response: Please provide referenced Kimley Horn plans. <br /> <br />3. Extend sidewalk to south line of ROW for 8th Avenue Extension. <br />Response: Sidewalk extended south. <br /> <br />7. Crosswalks and work within Old Highway 8 ROW require county permits and approval. <br /> Response: Noted. <br /> <br />8. Add trails within RR ROW. <br />Response: 8’ bituminous trail added adjacent to railroad. Detail added. <br /> <br />9. Parking additions may be required on PW property, plans to adjust accordingly. <br />Response: Please provide further information on parking required. <br /> <br />11. Magellan facility needs to be shown with existing easement until it is known if this can be <br />moved. <br />Response: Easement/facility relocation is being worked through with Magellan. City has <br />and will continue to be copied on all correspondence. When a resolution is settled on, <br />revised plans reflecting necessary changes will be submitted to the City.
